Youval Ziv

Youval Ziv, an entrepreneur focusing on real estate investment, established the Pacific Holdings Group in Los Angeles. As chief executive officer with the property development and management firm, he oversees the full range of business activities impacting Pacific Holdings’ real estate assets in states like Florida, California, Georgia, and Oklahoma. In recent years, Youval Ziv has expanded the firm internationally by opening a branch in Israel.

Before creating the Pacific Holdings Group, he gained practical business experience early in his career by forming Ziv Productions, a company that facilitated high-end events. Later, he founded the Starnet Elite Productions Corporation, which functioned as a Ziv Productions subsidiary. The subsidiary he founded also oversaw Life Elite, a luxury business networking club that put on events for its members.

When not working, Mr. Ziv enjoys traveling throughout the world, having visited many nations in Eastern and Western Europe as well as East Asia. To stay physically active, he also participates in many athletic activities such as tennis. For entertainment, he reads nonfiction and watches popular films like Saving Private Ryan, Chocolate and Pay It Forward.
